1. Who we are

FitConnect (“FitConnect”, “we”, “us”) is a software platform that helps personal trainers run their coaching business online. 2. What data we collect

• Account data — name and email address you provide when you sign up or are invited.
• Content you create — clients, programs, meal plans, exercise media, and messages you add to run your coaching business.
• Billing data — subscription status and the limited payment metadata our payment processor returns. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage & technical data — product analytics and error diagnostics, collected only after you consent to analytics cookies (see section 6) plus strictly-necessary security/error logging.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide and operate the service, to process subscription payments, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Service providers (processors)

We share data only with the providers that help us run the service, each under their own data-protection terms:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU region).
• Vercel — application hosting (EU region).
• Stripe — subscription payment processing.
• Cloudflare — video hosting/streaming and email routing.
• Resend — transactional email (e.g. notifications, confirmations).
• PostHog — product analytics (consent-gated; see section 6).
• Sentry — error monitoring (diagnostics only; no analytics cookies).

5. International transfers & retention

We host data in the EU where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Cookies & analytics

Analytics cookies (PostHog) load only after you accept them via our consent banner; if you reject, no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link. We also use strictly-necessary cookies and error monitoring required to keep the service secure and working.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@fitconnect.coach. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection).
