1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FitConnect, operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FitConnect is a software platform for personal trainers to manage clients, build workout and meal plans, share exercise media, and message clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse it (for example, attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content). You are responsible for the content you and your clients add and for having the right to use it.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create on FitConnect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. FitConnect is a business-management tool and does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice; trainers are solely responsible for the guidance they give their clients. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
